- Pages 11, 13: 30-50% coverage needs to be multipled by 0.4.  (These
  percentages are relative to the coverages in the RIPE Atlas network.)
- Figure 3: arrow from Paper IV -> C4 is incorrect.  It should be replaced
  by an arrow from Paper V -> C4 instead.
